Our client is an international engineering business whose technology helps manufacturers reduce energy use, operating costs and carbon emissions. Your main responsibility will be managing and supporting Crest, a bespoke, business-critical platform used across the company to manage technical, customer and commercial information. Crest is built on a Microsoft Dynamics Back End, with a custom tablet application used by engineers working on customer sites worldwide. It holds technical site data, product and pricing information, payback calculations and feeds into important business outputs. You likely won't know Crest already, and nobody expects you to. What matters is that you have supported or administered a complex enterprise business application and are comfortable with users, permissions, workflows, configuration, reporting and troubleshooting.
