Requirements
- Several years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
- Evidence of independently leading requirements from discovery through to sign-off.
- Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills.
- Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile or Kanban delivery.
- A good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience translating business problems into clear requirements for technical teams.

This is a hybrid role based in Slough, with three days a week on site and a salary of £40,000 to £45,000.
The role covers the full requirements lifecycle, from discovery and stakeholder interviews through to documentation, validation, testing and sign-off.
A key early priority is learning our application suite in depth and building the knowledge to become a trusted subject matter expert.
