Xinova Group is a boutique recruitment firm specializing in the industry's fastest growing niche: Tech Data & AI across North America. We are building from the ground up with a clear plan to scale internationally.
This hire is foundational; you will work directly with the founder of the business, owning the entire delivery lifecycle, and being exposed to the end-to-end sales process from someone who has proven themselves in the US market. You will help shape our culture, business principles, and long-term success.
As a Candidate Consultant, you will be the backbone of delivery and play a vital role in scaling our US business - both contract and FTE, as well as working with our founder 1 on 1 to create more opportunity for sales pipeline and growth.
- Own end-to-end candidate delivery for contract roles (sourcing, screening, submission, onboarding).
- Proactively headhunt and map talent in Data & AI niches.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Uphold quality bars on every submission speed without sacrificing standards.
- Option to be involved with splitting up sales processes and having a dual-pronged BD approach into customers.
Direct 1-on-1 mentorship from the founder, call shadowing, sales exposure, and training. Plans to relocate operations to the USA in ~2 years - be part of that journey. Exposure to building a business from the ground up, to several global locations. Clear promotion pathways to Senior Candidate Consultant and Delivery Lead as we scale. Unlimited growth potential - vision to scale the entire delivery function with you leading the charge.
12+ years in recruitment (ideally with tech placements); contract experience is a plus. Evidence of consistent delivery: submittals, interviews, placements, extensions. Any short note on your most recent experience/suitability for the position helps you stand out.
