Xinlung Group Limited is seeking an experienced Mandarin/English Sales Manager to lead the UG B2C sales team in Birmingham. You will own student conversion from B2B partner channels and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to enrolment, while advising on UCAS timelines and offer conditions.
You will coach and develop the sales team, oversee application strategies across A-Level, IB and AP, and support events and partner activities to maximise student conversion.
