Xinference is an Australian-owned AI infrastructure company. We build two products: Xinference, an enterprise-grade model inference platform that lets organisations run 300+ AI models on their own private infrastructure; and Xagent, a natural language AI agent builder that executes complex tasks autonomously with no coding or flowcharts required. We are expanding across the UK and this role sits at the centre of that growth.

We are looking for a 100% outbound, full-cycle BDM to build and close a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the UK. You prospect, you qualify, you close. There is no SDR handing you meetings and no inbound motion to rely on. You sell to CTOs, Heads of AI, and IT leadership at organisations where private AI deployment is a regulatory requirement or strategic priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own your pipeline end-to-end — build a targeted account list, execute personalised outbound across email, LinkedIn, and events, and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and forecasting.
  • Run the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract — discovery, solution presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses that translate Xinference's technical capabilities into executive-level value for CTOs, Heads of AI, and IT leadership.
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes: procurement, legal, security review, and multi-stakeholder sign-off — including MAS-regulated financial services buyers.
  • Collaborate with technical sales on demos and POCs; represent Xinference at industry and enterprise technology events across the UK.
  • Surface customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market signals to product and leadership.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of outbound, full-cycle enterprise or mid-market software sales — proven track record of prospecting and closing from cold, not managing warm inbound.
  • Experience selling complex technical products to CTO, Head of AI, or IT leadership buyer.
  • Strong outbound discipline: account prioritisation, personalised sequencing, and the resilience to build pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and security review processes in the UK or the broader UK market.
  • Background in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or SaaS strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent achievement of qualified meeting and pipeline targets.
  • Strong conversion rates from outreach to opportunity creation.
  • High-quality engagement with prospective customers.
  • Effective collaboration with internal sales stakeholders.

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to work with a growing SaaS company serving global clients.
  • High-impact role with strong career growth potential.
  • Collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  • Remote work flexibility and competitive compensation package.
