  • Helping niche retailers grow their eCommerce, as with Jacksons Art Supplies, creating new eCommerce capability and implementing design transformation which has seen a significant up-tick in their business.
  • Delivering major projects, such as a large-scale migration project for Epson Europe, including 15,000 pages being moved to their new website.

Your responsibilities

As our Digital Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse range of digital projects. You'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. A few of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple digital projects, from website builds to ongoing support retainers.
  • Creating detailed project timelines, tracking progress, and providing regular updates.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and keeping them informed.
  • Translating client requirements into clear briefs for developers, designers, and quality assurance teams.
  • Keeping project plans, reports, and task boards up to date.
  • Identifying and resolving project issues or blockers efficiently.
  • Monitoring budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within scope.
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.

Your profile

Key skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in delivering website design and development projects on time and to specification.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain excellent organisation.
  • A results-driven, delivery-focused mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional client service.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with designers and developers at all levels, ensuring smooth project execution.

Bonus skills and experience include:

  • Solid technical knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce and WooCommerce.
  • Experience managing complex site migrations, particularly those involving large product datasets.
  • A background in web development, with an understanding of technical workflows and challenges.
