As a Bid Writer working in our Government and Justice Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients envision bold possibilities and in strengthening CGI's position as a trusted leader in digital transformation. Your work will influence high-value pursuits, elevate the quality of our proposals, and contribute directly to winning opportunities that make a lasting impact.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
You will collaborate with subject-matter experts across the business, transforming complex information into clear, compelling content that strengthens our position in the market. Your work will help drive growth across our UK Government client portfolio, ensuring every submission reflects CGI's standards, creativity, and commitment to long-term partnership.
You will take ownership of content quality, explore new ways to enhance impact, and work within a supportive network of professionals who bring insight and guidance at every stage.
- Research, write and organise high-quality proposal content
- Write, edit and refine proposals based on feedback and reviews
- Lead and enhance our web content
- Create and manage a content library for client proposals
To succeed in this role, you should bring strong proposal-writing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Previous experience writing compelling proposals, sound strategic planning capabilities, and experience writing proposals for UK Government clients are essential.
