  • Own end-to-end business analysis from discovery through UAT and hypercare.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, supporting agile delivery and team collaboration.
  • Define and maintain the definition of ready and definition of done to ensure clarity and quality throughout the development cycle.
  • Support the Scrum Master or Delivery Lead with agile artefacts and the maintenance of digital boards.
  • Document and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required to ensure project progress.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise business processes, enhance data quality, and improve client outcomes.

Client PO/SME: Act as the primary relationship owner, facilitating/leading workshops, managing expectations, conducting regular check-ins, and translating the client's business vision into clear, actionable requirements.

Delivery Lead: Collaborate on sprint planning, maintain a healthy backlog, and ensure alignment on the definition of ready/done.

Technical Lead/Architect: Partner on assessing technical feasibility, shaping integration architecture discussions, and defining API specifications.

Engineering Team: Provide clarity on requirements throughout development and sprints, provide business context, and validate technical approach against business needs.

QA: Define acceptance criteria, contribute to test scenario design, conduct UAT coordination with the client.
