Responsibilities:
- Store establishment support and opening assistance: Responsible for the preparation of store reporting materials, tracking and advancing the construction progress. Undertake all preparatory work before the opening of new stores to ensure a smooth opening and produce a quick report for the first day of the new store opening and a weekly report.
- Plan and execute the daily maintenance and upkeep of the image of existing stores.
- System maintenance: Cooperate with the headquarters to implement various operation support systems, and be responsible for the maintenance and management of each system and the system usage training for store team.
- Data Analysis: Track daily sales and operational data for all stores, ensuring the normal operation and performance achievement of all stores.
- Inventory Management: Supervise the inventory management of all stores, coordinate with stores to optimize product structure, and ensure the supply of goods and inventory safety.
- Profit and Loss Management: Monitor the profit and loss management of each store to ensure the profitability of the stores.
- Activity organization: Based on the annual marketing and product promotion pace, plan and output marketing activities and communication plans, and be responsible for achieving business indicators such as marketing, sales, and rates, including but not limited to the development of offline themed stores, and the creation of store opening activities and offline store new product activities.
Requirements:
- Possesses more than 3 years of experience in store management, familiar with the operation model and processes of direct-operated stores.
- Priority will be given to candidates with management experience in well-known brand's direct-operated stores.
- Has strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of conducting in-depth analysis of store sales data, promptly identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
- Demonstrates project management proficiency, capable of planning, monitoring, and ensuring the completion of projects.
- Proficient in using office software and store management systems, with some financial knowledge, budget management skills and system maintenance management capabilities.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
