Job Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome customers, accurately identify and explore their needs, and provide professional product consultation, targeted recommendations, and service demonstrations.
  • Possess solid knowledge of all in-store products (functions, configuration, pricing, promotions, etc.) and be able to clearly communicate and match them to customer needs.
  • Proactively drive personal sales results and actively support the team in achieving store sales targets, with a strong sense of responsibility for business performance.
  • Skilled in exploring customer potential demands and converting them into sales opportunities, while building long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues with professionalism, provide high-quality service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Xiaomi brand standards and store image: ensure a clean environment, neat product displays, and create a professional shopping atmosphere.
  • Participate in company-organized trainings and promotional activities to continuously refine sales techniques, upselling skills, and product knowledge.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven retail sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, especially in consumer electronics or mobile phone industries.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions, with consultative sales or customer relationship-building experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and ownership.
  • Experience in Xiaomi New Retail or other innovative retail models is a plus.
  • College/High school diploma or above, with good personal image and professional demeanor.
