Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Network Strategy & Planning: Responsible for the planning, design, and continuous optimization of the overall UK logistics network, including warehouse layout and transportation routes, to enhance end-to-end efficiency and effectively control costs.
- End-to-End Delivery Operations Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery fulfillment process for all customers in the UK region. Ensure all steps from order placement to final proof of delivery are seamless and stable, guaranteeing delivery timeliness and service experience for every client.
- Logistics Supplier Management: Lead relationships with key local UK and European logistics suppliers, including contract negotiations, performance management, and daily coordination. Ensure supply chain reliability, resilience, and cost-competitiveness.
- Operations Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Establish robust operational monitoring mechanisms for real-time tracking and analysis of logistics performance across the UK. Ability to respond quickly and resolve major regional logistics exceptions and issues systematically.
- Strategy Development & Performance Delivery: Develop and execute logistics and delivery strategies, plans, and budgets tailored for the UK business. Ensure the achievement of the company's core performance indicators regarding cost, timeliness, and service quality.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Drive deep data analysis to identify regional operational bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. Lead process improvements and innovation projects to continuously elevate the overall logistics standards in the UK.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. More than 1 year of experience in logistics and delivery management within the UK or European market, with a strong understanding of the local logistics landscape, regulations, and business environment.
- Industry Knowledge & Skills: Deep understanding and insight into the UK logistics industry, with proficiency in logistics network planning and cost-control methodologies. Strong project management skills, capable of driving multiple strategic improvement projects simultaneously. Excellent end-to-end process optimization and problem-solving abilities, with a holistic perspective to tackle complex issues.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent team leadership and organizational coordination skills. Experience managing cross-cultural teams is a plus. Outstanding English and Chinese communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external partners at all levels.
- Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented, able to maintain composure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and judgment skills.
