Responsibilities： -Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, from product listing optimization to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customer journey； -Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data specific to the UK market, formulating and implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales and brand visibility； -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency； -Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve the online store.
