Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Traffic Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing traffic acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels to maximize conversions and revenue. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to enhance user engagement and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute data-driven traffic acquisition strategies to boost website visits, user engagement, and sales.
-Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon, TikTok) to improve ROI.
-Analyze performance metrics (traffic sources, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with SEO/SEM teams to enhance organic search visibility and keyword performance.
-Plan and implement A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to stay ahead.
-Work closely with CRM and retention teams to ensure seamless user journeys from acquisition to retention.
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in e-commerce traffic operations, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
-Strong expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
-Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
-Familiarity with SEO/SEM, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
-Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
