Key Responsibilities:
- Store Business Support: Track the store construction process and coordinate with Procurement to ensure on-time store opening delivery. Place orders for store-opening materials and arrange logistics. Maintain and support the store’s Retail Connect system, network, and other related systems.
- Store Operations Efficiency: Monitor and analyze daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics such as GMV and mobile target attainment. Identify opportunities, issues, and early warning signals. Based on store performance, pinpoint root causes and improvement areas; work with cross-functional teams to develop efficiency improvement plans, drive implementation at store level, and verify results. Assess training needs and ensure training is delivered effectively.
- Campaign Operations: Develop and execute plans for new store openings, new product launches, holidays, and tasting events. Organize and manage on-site execution to ensure smooth delivery. Manage all store social media accounts within the country/region. Localize and distribute campaign assets from HQ, including adaptation and content production.
- Visual Merchandising: Create and implement visual merchandising plans to improve product presentation, increase store traffic and conversion, and drive sales performance.
Requirements:
- Education & Availability: Full-time availability is required (5 days a week). We welcome final-year students or recent graduates. Immediate start preferred.
- Career Path: This is a high-potential role. Candidates with outstanding performance during the internship will be offered a full-time position.
- Language & Authorization: Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential. Must possess a valid work permit or legal authorization to work.
