Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the e-commerce platform (product categories: mobile devices, IoT, electronics, etc.), including monitoring, statistics, and analysis of operational data, and reporting on operational performance.
- Set sales targets for the e-commerce platform, analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance, and develop sales strategies based on defined indicators.
- Collaborate with the UK team to maintain core partnerships and acquire resources.
- Analyse product pricing on the e-commerce platform, including competitive pricing, promotional strategies, product distribution, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the UK (with a valid UK work permit or indefinite leave to remain), familiar with the cultural differences between the UK and China, and able to quickly adapt to the local business environment and industry context.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of working in English, and able to communicate effectively with the UK team, local partners, and users without language barriers; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- 3-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the UK e-commerce technology sector.
