As a key player in our e-commerce team, you\’ll manage end-to-end operations, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your Impact: -Strategic Optimization : Enhance product listings, keyword strategies, and advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to boost visibility and sales. -Inventory Mastery : Maintain optimal stock levels, analyze demand trends, and collaborate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstock. -Performance Analysis : Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, ACoS, customer reviews) and leverage data to refine strategies. -Customer Excellence : Resolve issues promptly, manage feedback, and uphold our brand reputation for reliability. -Marketplace Compliance : Stay updated on Amazon policies and ensure all operations adhere to guidelines.
