The Role
We’re looking for an experienced mechanic to work across both workshop and race operations, managing and supporting the preparation, restoration and running of historic race cars. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where your work directly contributes to car performance and trackside delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparation, maintenance and setup of historic race cars
- Mechanical assembly, rebuilds and restoration projects
- Fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical and chassis systems
- Supporting cars at UK and international race events
- Managing your own workload and documenting work carried out
- Working closely with the team to deliver cars to the highest standard
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workshop environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working professionally on historic or classic vehicles (essential)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues end-to-end
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to manage your own time and projects
- Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel internationally for events
- Full UK driving licence

The Reality
