Maher London Limited is a fast-growing business that sells its XFORT brand of door and window hardware primarily through Amazon (UK and Europe), alongside a growing presence on platforms such as B&Q, eBay, The Range and our own website.
Since January 2023, Maher London has operated as a subsidiary of UAP Limited and, in 2025, became part of the Allegion Group. We are headquartered in Ilford, East London, and supported by our parent company’s facilities in Bury, Manchester.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to support the day-to-day management of our online marketplaces. The role focuses on maintaining accurate product listings, monitoring marketplace performance, supporting pricing and profitability, and ensuring consistent stock availability across platforms. You will play an important role in protecting brand standards, maintaining marketplace health, and ensuring customers have a reliable online buying experience. You will work closely with marketing, operations, customer care and product teams while supporting colleagues responsible for data analysis and marketplace integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Listings: Maintain accurate and complete product listings across all marketplaces, including titles, descriptions, specifications and attributes. Ensure images, videos and A+ content are correctly displayed and listings maintain correct categories, variations and product identifiers (SKU/EAN). Resolve listing errors, suppressions and content issues.
- Marketplace Performance: Monitor marketplace performance including sales, traffic and conversion rates. Track SKU performance, support trading reviews and monitor Buy Box and price competitiveness to flag underperforming products.
- Pricing & Profitability: Monitor competitor pricing and implement price updates or promotional adjustments where required. Support margin tracking, selling fee monitoring and maintenance of pricing tools.
- Inventory & Stock Availability: Monitor stock levels and in-stock rates across marketplaces and fulfilment locations. Identify stock risks, stranded inventory or availability issues and work with operations teams to prevent shortages or overselling.
- Listing Health & Compliance: Monitor account health and ensure listings comply with marketplace policies. Resolve suppressions, warnings and manage platform support cases.
- Customer Experience & Brand Protection: Monitor reviews and identify recurring customer issues to improve listing clarity and reduce returns. Identify unauthorised sellers or misuse of brand content and escalate where necessary.

We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical and comfortable working across multiple online platforms. Key skills include:
- 2+ years experience working with e-commerce marketplaces or online retail platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse performance data and identify issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms is beneficial
