About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Director with a strategic vision who can lead, integrate, and develop the operational processes of an active broker. This role has direct responsibility for daily performance, structuring processes, ensuring efficiency, and managing cross-functional teams. The selected individual will play a key role in developing, monitoring, and implementing operational standards and sustainable growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Complete management of the operational processes of a broker from high-level to daily.
- Monitoring and implementing operational standards to maintain stable and uninterrupted performance.
- Direct management of operational teams and units (Support, CRM, Back-office, Marketing, Sales Coordination).
- Process & Systems Design
- Developing and improving operational workflows.
- Analysing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and providing actionable solutions.
- Creating and implementing SOPs, policies, and internal control structures.
- Performance & KPI
- Designing, monitoring, and executing team performance KPIs.
- Regular reporting to senior management on performance, risks, and operational progress.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborating with technical, sales, marketing, finance, and risk management units.
- Participating in creating coordination between teams and enhancing SLA standards.
- Strategic Alignment
- Participating in major operational decision-making.
- Planning for scalability of operations and structural development.
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in operations management, project/product operations, or operations leadership.
- Experience leading operational processes in KPI-driven environments.
- Ability to manage teams, build systems, design processes, and solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making ability in risk and change situations.
- Relevant operational experience in financial industries, fintech, technology, or operational services.
- Strong skills in managing remote and multi-unit teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in operations management in brokers or financial service providers.
- Familiarity with infrastructures and operational processes related to Brokerage Service Lifecycle.
- Experience in change management or operational structure development.
