Purpose: The Service Delivery Associate plays a critical role in executing on-site customer solutions, including mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative support tasks, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate office and production equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensure optimal performance.
- Perform mail handling duties including sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking.
- Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, laminating).
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly escalate issues.
- Monitor supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key daily contact for client interactions.
- Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
