Role Purpose:

Support, deliver, and manage EDM software projects while training users and providing ongoing support. Ideal for someone with software/IT project experience looking to grow into project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and client communications
  • Install and deliver EDM solutions to time, budget, and quality
  • Train users and provide post-implementation support
  • Troubleshoot software/database issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Maintain SLAs for support incidents
  • Support pre-sales with solution design and quoting
  • Identify improvements to delivery/support processes

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years installing/delivering software solutions
  • 2+ years in software support roles
  • Experience with T-SQL and database systems
  • Experience managing projects with external stakeholders
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
  • Exposure to EDM systems
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience in software/IT project delivery
  • Commercial awareness
