Business Overview:

We specialise in electronic document management (EDM) – providing hardware, software, services, and expertise to help organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and operate more sustainably.

Role Purpose:

Deliver, manage, support, and train on EDM and related software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure EDM software to time, budget, and quality
  • Manage projects and client communications
  • Provide user training and documentation
  • Deliver ongoing software/database support within SLAs
  • Assist pre-sales with solution design and proposals
  • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery and support

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years delivering software solutions & support
  • Strong database (T-SQL) & IIS configuration experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204)
  • Experience with EDM solutions
  • PRINCE2 or similar project management certification
  • Commercial awareness and vendor coordination
