Role Purpose

The Production Field Expert (FTC) is responsible for driving Xerox Production Print growth across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Netherlands by enabling channel partners, supporting Direct Sales opportunities, accelerating pipeline development, and acting as the regional subject matter expert for Xerox Production Print ecosystem.

The role combines sales engagement, partner enablement, market intelligence, and customer advocacy to increase Production revenue, market share, and improve market coverage.

This is a temporary role.

International travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Channels Support
  • Support channel partners and Direct sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including solution positioning, pricing guidance, configuration support, and MIF management strategy.
  • Deliver product launches, sales workshops, and education programs for Xerox and partner sales organizations.
  • Work with Channel leaders in country to enable new and existing partners to expand Xerox Production Print business.
  • Support tactical rollouts, campaigns, lead management, and pipeline acceleration activities.
  • Participate in customer and partner visits to identify opportunities, resolve business challenges, and strengthen Xerox market presence.
  • Organize/Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and attend account business reviews to help modernize customers’ print operations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for Production Print-related sales support and workflow solution recommendations.
  • Market Development & Business Growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, installed base performance, and provide market intelligence to Corporate Product Offering team to support new launches.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce MIF decline, manage end-of-service transitions, and coordinate with in-country Channel Business Managers the sales opportunities within the production print installed base.
  • Represent Xerox at industry associations, trade events, and customer-facing conferences.
  • Support regional marketing activities through product content, print samples, campaigns, social media engagement, and media outreach.
  • Collaborate with Corporate or Field Marketing teams to promote Xerox Production Print solutions and customer success stories.
