Xerox is seeking an on-site service technician in Barnsley to service a fleet of Xerox and other manufacturer devices as part of reactive (break/fix) and proactive (consumable management) processes.
You will carry out preventative maintenance, replenish consumables, maintain activity logs, keep devices and surroundings tidy, and escalate issues for next level support to meet SLAs.
Minimum A Levels, a clean driving licence, and a proactive, customer-facing approach; training is provided.
