Overview:
As a Sales representative you will be responsible for business-to-business (B2B) sales, managing the entire renewal sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing accounts. This is a full-time opportunity selling Xerox Office Technology and Services including hardware, software, apps information technology (IT), and professional services in an assigned territory.
Key Role Tasks and Activities:
- Renew all expiring leases within assigned accounts, engaging with clients meeting set engagement levels to ensure successful renewal.
- Discover, assess, and validate client needs.
- Design and develop solutions strategies.
- Present, demonstrate, and propose offerings.
- Close, negotiate, and instigate required contractual changes.
- Continue to manage, strategise, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts.
- Meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives.
- Consistent use of Salesforce to record all sales activities.
- Ensure a high quality client experience.
- Stay up to date regarding changes in technology.
What You Need to Succeed:

- Strong customer engagement skills, emphasizing your ability to build and exceed client relationships.

- Previous relevant experience selling solutions and services.
- Good knowledge and experience of the marketplace in which Xerox operates.
- Relevant University degree or post graduate degree (e.g., Business Management).
- Excellent prioritisation, organisational, time management and project management skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure to meet targets.
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, executing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who is willing to tackle the unexpected, embrace change and work cooperatively in diverse group situations.
