This role is all about assisting new and existing developers to use the Tickstar product, empowering them to create best-of-breed business apps in the cloud. You will make a significant impact by diagnosing technical issues, resolving support tickets, and ensuring developers around the world have the guidance they need to succeed. The Team & How They Connect
You will join the Ecosystem Governance team, a collaborative group dedicated to supporting a global network of developers. The team thrives on shared technical expertise and a commitment to helping others, working closely to delegate and resolve priority issues promptly. The team is currently working on:
- Supporting developers with web-based technologies and API integrations.
- Responding to technical support tickets and conducting live troubleshooting sessions with third-party developers.
- Contributing to the creation of high-quality developer materials including documentation, videos, and tools.
- Escalating product feedback and required improvements to the Tickstar engineering team to drive continuous product growth.
