The role & impact
In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns designed for our small business customers and accounting and bookkeeping partners across the UK. You will collaborate closely with regional and global teams, including product marketing, creative, sales, and external agencies, to translate regional marketing strategies into impactful multi-channel campaigns. By championing the voice of our customers, you will drive brand awareness and engagement while contributing directly to commercial growth. Your work will focus on delivering beautiful experiences that connect small businesses with the tools they need to thrive.

You will join a highly collaborative UK marketing team that works in close partnership with global brand, product marketing, PR, and sales operations. Together, we focus on sharing the value of Xero with our communities, aligning regional execution with global strategy to support our partners. We thrive on collective problem-solving and mutual support to achieve our shared goals.
Initially, you will focus on:
- Overseeing our regional brand media strategy and tactics, including the management and briefing of external media agencies.
- Contributing to brand positioning and full-funnel messaging to ensure it is relevant and impactful for UK audiences across all channels.
- Working with internal and external research, insights, and data science teams to ensure brand creative and media are effective, attributable, and driving strong outcomes.
- Planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for existing Accounting & Bookkeeping (AB) Partners and Small Business (SB) customers.
- Working cross-functionally to deliver on the regional marketing plan.
- Planning, executing and reporting on integrated and tactical campaigns across digital, content, email, BVOD, events and sales enablement channels.
