This is an individual contributor role within the Sales Analytics and Insights team, acting as the primary analytics partner for the UK and Emerging markets. You will be responsible for ensuring regional sales operations leaders are enabled to make critical decisions grounded in deep data analysis. By generating regional performance insights and surfacing last mile diagnostics, you will help make running a small business beautiful through more efficient and empowered decision-making.

As a hands-on practitioner, you will develop a deep understanding of the local Partner Sales Channel and regional go-to-market strategy. Your work will apply first-class analytical skills to drive sales productivity and execution, bringing together multiple data sources in a cohesive way to aid in the most strategically important regional decisions.

You will be an embedded partner within the regional sales structure, working closely with the GM of Sales Analytics and Insights and other global analytics team members. This collaborative team environment focuses on providing deep and reliable insights that drive regional sales confidence, precision, and speed while contributing to a consistent global analytics roadmap.

Initially, you will focus on:

  • Delivering a holistic view of regional performance across bulk deals, organic growth, and joint partner activities.
  • Analyzing pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity using tools like Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake.
  • Supporting regional leadership with coverage, segmentation, and quota planning through scenario modelling.
  • Developing analytical models and deep-dive reports that convert sales data into actionable guidance for weekly and quarterly business reviews.
