Working as part of the Education & Content Delivery team, you’ll contribute to and execute the collective team vision and strategy to ensure we achieve our aspirations:

You’ll make an impact on Xero, our partners, and small businesses by expertly delivering our most engaging and effective live content as a primary presenter, ensuring world‑class experiences that increase the lifetime value of our partners and enable them to successfully achieve their desired outcomes, becoming skilled and confident using Xero.

You’re able to deal with ambiguity, prioritising and resolving issues quickly and constructively. You know that producing quality education is important, and you can balance the demands of a constantly evolving product set while maintaining top‑notch education.

What you’ll do

  • Establish and enhance a deep understanding of our partners’ needs and problems to identify and drive innovative value‑add experiences.
  • Apply your passion for training/support to regularly present and facilitate our world‑class education experiences via multiple learning methods, with a strong emphasis on dynamic face‑to‑face classroom training sessions, engaging live webinars, and high‑profile event presentations.
  • Serve as a key presenter and facilitator for a diverse range of special projects, including leading sessions at large‑scale industry events (e.g., Xerocon, Xero Roadshows), supporting new product launches by presenting new features, and expertly delivering new education material.
  • Create content for new and existing Xero partners and small businesses, in order for them to become skilled and confident using Xero, our practice products and the wider platform.
  • Be an ambassador and champion for Education & Content Delivery and Xero.
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to help drive the continual improvement of our education content and experiences.
  • Monitor and report on content delivery to drive decision making and continuously improve the user experience.

What you’ll bring with you

  • You will hold a relevant accounting qualification (e.g., minimum of AAT Level 3, or equivalent).
  • You have experience of using Xero, or similar cloud accounting software, and a passion for the latest technology.
  • Proven experience delivering compelling presentations to external customers or large internal audiences is essential.
  • You are a highly confident, dynamic, and adaptable speaker able to command a room or virtual audience.
  • You love engaging and inspiring audiences through live presentation, delivering exceptional training or support experiences to customers/colleagues, and care about the finer details at every step of the journey.
  • You’re an exceptional public speaker and facilitator, able to clearly present complex messages in highly engaging ways during live interactions.
  • You thrive in a highly collaborative, fast‑moving environment, and you enjoy working closely with colleagues from across a business to manage and deliver projects against committed time frames.
  • Previous experience of working in an accounting practice would be advantageous but not essential.
  • You’re willing and able to travel within the regions Xero operates for short periods.
