About The Role

As a Renewal Manager at Xensam, you will drive our recurring revenue and long‑term customer success. You will be responsible for managing the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers, ensuring high retention rates while identifying opportunities for expansion and growth. This is a highly commercial and relationship‑driven role where you combine analytical thinking with strong negotiation skills to maximize customer lifetime value and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full renewal lifecycle for assigned customers, from early engagement to closed agreements
  • Drive high retention rates through proactive renewal planning and customer engagement
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Monitor customer health, identify risks, and take proactive actions to secure renewals
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams
  • Manage renewal forecasts and ensure high accuracy in revenue projections
  • Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, contracts, and tailored agreement structures

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial role such as Renewal Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar
  • Background within SAM, SaaS, or the broader IT industry
  • Proven experience managing renewals, contracts, and commercial negotiations
  • Strong ability to build and manage long‑term customer relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with data, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
