As a Business Development Representative, you will expand Xensam’s global footprint by identifying and engaging potential clients, initiating the sales process, and building valuable relationships. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute outreach strategies and foster meaningful connections with prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive market research to identify new leads and target industries for IT asset management solutions.
  • Initiate and maintain regular communication with prospective customers to understand their needs, educate them about Xensam’s products or services, and promote the value proposition.
  • Execute proactive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate sales leads.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, determining fit and potential.
  • Deliver on KPIs and sales quotas.
