About The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will expand Xensam’s global footprint by identifying and engaging potential clients, initiating the sales process, and building valuable relationships. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute outreach strategies and foster meaningful connections with prospects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive market research to identify new leads and target industries for IT asset management solutions.
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with prospective customers to understand their needs, educate them about Xensam’s products or services, and promote the value proposition.
- Execute proactive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate sales leads.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, determining fit and potential.
- Deliver on KPIs and sales quotas.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision‑makers, and influencers within target accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all sales activities and prospect information in the CRM.
- Track and manage sales leads, opportunities, and follow‑up activities to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the sales team to identify and address potential roadblocks, sharing best practices to enhance performance.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to refine marketing strategies, product development, and customer service initiatives.
Qualifications
