  • Pay rate: £65,000 - £70,000 + car allowance & competitive benefits package

The company: An award winning national residential developer who have a strong presence across the Southern Home Counties.

The project: A new multi phased residential development of 500 new homes, consisting of houses and apartments which are a mixture of private and HA spec.

The role: Reporting into a site based Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a new phase on this development. Your role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Management of the master build programme
  • Preparation of short term programmes
  • Weekly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
  • Progress reporting to the site based Project Manager on a weekly basis
  • Pre-start meetings with the relevant subcontractors
  • Overseeing Health & Safety on site and production of relevant reports
  • Liaise regularly with external bodies regarding development including Building Control, HSE, Utilities and Service providers and NHBC
  • Responsible for quality control, ensuring all units are completed to the required standard prior to NHBC inspection

About you:

  • You will have gained circa 5+ years experience, ideally working for a Residential Developer
  • Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
  • Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential
  • Experience of controlling multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
