Have you just finished an assignment and looking for your next role? * Position: Painter & Decorator * Start date: ASAP * Contract type: Freelance * Location: Harrow, Greater London * Pay rate: £20.00 – £22.00 / hour * Duration: 3 months * Xenon Recruitment contact: Matt Jasper The role: A CSCS Painter & Decorator is required for this new build residential development in Harrow, Greater London. Your role will involve but not be limited to: * Preparing surfaces for painting * Applying paint, wallpaper, and other decorative finishes to interiors and exteriors of buildings * Creating and maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the building * Ensuring the final product meets client's requirements and industry standards About you: * Hold a valid CSCS Card * NVQ 2 or above in Painting & Decorating would be preferable * Tools and full PPE are required * Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential * Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and tools * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
