Office Administrator – £25,000 to £30,000

Location: Near West Malling

Full-Time, Office-Based

We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-established construction business near West Malling who are looking for a proactive and energetic Office Administrator to join their team. Due to location you will need access to your own transport and live relatively close. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys being the go-to person for day-to-day coordination and support.

The Role

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the wider team. Tasks include:

• Answering phones and handling general office administration
• Preparing pre-start folders and documentation for site teams
• Coordinating company vans and basic fleet administration
• Managing stationery, supplies and office stock
• Providing day-to-day admin support across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Recent experience in an administration role
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Confident handling calls and supporting multiple teams
