They’re seeking an experienced MEP Senior Planner to take ownership of programme development and delivery across multiple schemes in Central London. You’ll be overseeing 2–3 concurrent projects, playing a pivotal role in programme leadership, integration, and stakeholder management. The Role Lead MEP planning across major projects through all stages – tender, pre-construction, and delivery. Develop and manage detailed programmes in Asta Powerproject. Integrate MEP works into overall construction programmes, identifying key interfaces and commissioning sequences. Manage programme updates, forecasting, and delay analysis (EOT/claims). Collaborate closely with commercial and delivery teams under NEC and JCT contracts. Present planning strategy and progress to senior stakeholders and client representatives. Mentor assistant/intermediate planners and promote best practice across the planning function. About You Experienced MEP Planner / Senior Planner Strong technical knowledge of building services, commissioning, and phasing. Asta Powerproject expertise is essential. MEP planning experience on commercial, healthcare, or complex projects is required. Confident managing multiple projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
