A well-established Construction Group is looking to strengthen its specialist subcontractor division with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The group operates across multiple construction disciplines, offering a stable pipeline of work, long-term security and clear career progression within a supportive, professional environment. The role is office-based with a standard Monday–Friday working pattern, strong benefits package and an immediate or short-notice start available.
The Role
This position sits within a growing specialist arm of the group, delivering commercial flooring packages across a varied portfolio of projects nationwide. It’s well suited to a QS with flooring or interiors experience who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and being part of a collaborative commercial team.
The role will involve:
- Commercial management of flooring packages across multiple projects
- Preparing, reviewing and placing subcontractor packages
- Managing valuations, variations, change control and CVRs
- Working under JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Supporting delivery teams and maintaining strong commercial control
- Assisting with the development and mentoring of junior commercial staff
