Financefull-time# Finance DirectorLondon(3 days per week in-office)International travel requiredApply NowResponsibilities* —Full ownership of financial operations, controls, reporting and compliance across all XENOM entities* —Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and relevant local statutory requirements* —Design and implement robust KPI and financial reporting frameworks* —Oversee multi-entity reconciliations across currencies and jurisdictions* —Own treasury strategy including cash forecasting, liquidity planning and capital allocation* —Select and implement core finance systems including ERP, consolidation tools and payments infrastructure* —Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling for a scaling international events business* —Prepare the business for institutional capital, preferred equity issuance and strategic transactionsExperience & Background* —Senior finance leadership experience within international businesses operating across the US, UK and Europe* —Strong technical accounting capability across US GAAP and IFRS* —Direct exposure to live event, sports, media or similarly operationally complex businesses* —Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency structuresLocationLondon
