Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of financial operations, controls, reporting and compliance across all XENOM entities.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and relevant local statutory requirements.
- Design and implement robust KPI and financial reporting frameworks.
- Oversee multi-entity reconciliations across currencies and jurisdictions.
- Own treasury strategy including cash forecasting, liquidity planning and capital allocation.
- Select and implement core finance systems including ERP, consolidation tools and payments infrastructure.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario modeling for a scaling international events business.
- Prepare the business for institutional capital, preferred equity issuance and strategic transactions.
Experience & Background:
- Senior finance leadership experience within international businesses operating across the US, UK and Europe.
- Strong technical accounting capability across US GAAP and IFRS.
- Direct exposure to live event, sports, media or similarly operationally complex businesses.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency structures.
