We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology sector. At UT³ we specialise end to end commercial document workflow and print management services. In partnership with HP & Xerox, we deliver cutting-edge document and print solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts and a proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities. You should be confident in selling to key decision-makers and building long-term client relationships.

Main purpose of the job:
· UT³ is an entity of Xenith supplying HP & Xerox’s products and services, this role is at the very beginning of an exciting journey with a fantastic opportunity to grow with the business.
· Working alongside our marketing team to Initiate and build relationships with business leaders in small to medium sized companies.
· Experience in the Managed Print Services market is essential, bringing knowledge, experience and connections to the role.
· Your responsibility will be to set new business appointments, create opportunities and close deals.
· It is a flexible role with travel to our London office twice a week.
· You will be rewarded with a commission per sale (no cap on commission) over and above your basic salary.
Key responsibilities:
· Meet defined targets in terms of number of qualified and attended new appointments per month.
· Finding and qualifying new business sales opportunities.
· To maintain pre-defined activity levels in terms of outbound dials, time on phone and conversations with decision makers.
· Using online sources to research suitable target companies.
· Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest, generate leads and nurturing long term prospects over the phone, and or virtual meetings.
· To update and maintain the CRM system with information on all conversations and opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
· A highly motivated individual who thrives on finding & developing new business opportunities.
· 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on IT solutions and technology.
· Good communicator and ability to speak to people at all levels.
· A strong network of industry contacts that you can leverage to generate new business.
· Ability to overcome telephone gatekeepers and to think quickly in handling objections.
· Self-motivated and tenacious. A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
· Hard working and energetic.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Articulate and innovative in sales techniques.
· The ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
· Personable and a good team player.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
· Use of CRM systems (HubSpot) ideal but not essential as training will be given.
Competencies:
· Good command of English (verbal and written).
· Managed Print Services Experience
· Good level in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
