Our client is a well established business based in Harlow. They’re currently looking for a part time administrator to assist the finance team. This role is part time (Monday - Friday, 10am-2pm).

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with job close-down administration, collating paperwork, checking job costings and raising final invoices
  • Liaise with the post works manager to track job completion status and flag outstanding items
  • Post basic transactions and assist with bank reconciliation
  • Maintain organised records for completed projects, including paperwork and purchase orders
  • Handle general accounts inbox queries and route appropriately
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc admin and finance tasks
