We're currently working with an established and growing group based in London who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong timesheet management experience, particularly from sectors such as construction, recruitment, healthcare, or any business that works with contractor timesheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process timesheets and expenses as part of the weekly billing cycle
  • Act as the first point of contact for all timesheet-related queries
  • Maintain and update the timesheet tracker accurately
  • Set up new contractors within the system
  • Issue new contractor welcome packs
  • Manage and implement rate changes within the system
  • Support with the submission of job postings

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on timesheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills
