At Xelix, we work with some of the world’s largest companies to automate and strengthen their financial controls. Our AI solutions redefine how Accounts Payable teams operate - moving from manual processes to automated, intelligent workflows. Xelix is a fast-paced scale-up - things move fast and expectations are high. We raised our Series B with Insight Partners in June 2025 and are expanding aggressively, whilst remaining profitable. We have over 100 talented people pulling together to achieve our goals. Everyone is trusted to take ownership, move fast and have a meaningful impact. We prioritise personal and professional growth, keep things fun & we love to celebrate a milestone together.

In this role you’ll grow, be challenged and help shape the future of Xelix. If you’re excited about building something special with us, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for our first dedicated Product Marketing Manager to join the team! Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the crucial bridge between our sales, product, customer success and marketing teams.

You’ll own product positioning, messaging, sales enablement and collaborate on the go-to-market strategy of our new releases, from game-changing new products to incremental enhancements. This role is part strategist, part storyteller, and very much hands-on when it comes to creating content that sells. In 2026, we’re launching our biggest 0-1 AI-first product yet. This role will be pivotal in influencing and executing the GTM strategy, while also driving forward our GTM for existing products and other releases. We’re looking for someone that reads that and says ‘hell yeah’ to that challenge.

We’re not into corporate jargon, fluff or filler; just sharp positioning, clear messaging, and content AP professionals actually want to read. Our tone is direct and offbeat with a sprinkling of humour.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, customer-obsessed, and commercially focused with a proven track record in bringing B2B SaaS products to market successfully.

You’ll Be Spinning Many Plates, With Responsibilities Spanning:

  • Product launches – Support new releases across our different launch tiers, from new products and major releases to enhancements. Project manage and execute on the delivery of go-to-market plans and launch timelines working closely with Cross functional teams.
  • Product positioning and messaging – Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform how we position Xelix in the market. Monitor competitor moves, industry shifts, and emerging trends to keep us sharp.
  • Customer intelligence – Gather feedback through interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis. Turn customer voices into actionable insights that shape product strategy and marketing execution.
  • Content creation – This is a writing-heavy role. Create sales collateral (customer-facing presentations, internal cheat sheets, battlecards), product collateral (brochures, web content, product videos, demo recordings, business case documentation, RFP content), product content (release notes, in-app marketing, documentation) and campaign content (incl. webinars, guides, blogs, videos.) in collaboration with our Content Marketing Manager.
  • ICP and persona management – Help refine and manage our buyer personas and ideal customer profiles, including keyword (SEO) mapping and query (GEO) mapping to optimize targeting and discoverability. Ensure our messaging resonates with the right audiences across channels and geographies.
  • Go-to-market strategy – You will be instrumental in the GTM strategy for our next big product in 2026 and will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on campaign strategy and launch coordination across all new major releases.
  • Internal enablement – Work with sales consultants and sales enablement to equip our commercial teams with the materials and knowledge they need to win.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Partner closely with SMEs across the business, the digital team, Product Managers, and the Content Marketing Manager to deliver cohesive, high-impact work.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience developing personas, ICPs, and messaging frameworks aligned to specific audiences.
  • Can create buyer journey-aligned content that moves prospects through the funnel.
  • Is a natural storyteller who can translate technical product features into business outcomes.
  • Thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales; you’re a born collaborator.
  • Has strong written communication skills and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to write.
  • Understands competitive positioning and knows how to make products stand out in crowded markets.
  • Is commercially minded and outcome-focused; you measure success in pipeline and revenue, not just deliverables.
  • Makes smart use of AI to work more efficiently.
  • Can juggle multiple launches and projects without dropping the ball.
  • Gets excited about owning product marketing at Xelix and growing with the business.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Enterprise Finance/P2P/AP space.
  • Experience marketing AI-powered software.
  • ABM experience.
  • Global marketing experience with an understanding of regional nuances.
  • Start-up experience (you’ve gotta have hustle!).

This is an individual contributor role with real growth potential as we scale. Over time, there will be an opportunity to manage one direct report and help build out the product marketing function.

What We Offer In Return:

  • Competitive salary of £55,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.
  • 27 days of annual leave (including 3 days Christmas closing) which increases up to 3 days based on tenure, with the option to roll over, buy or sell up to 3 days.
  • Hybrid working with two days a week from our dog-friendly Hoxton office.
  • On-site gym and cycle to work scheme.
  • Employee discount at over 100 retailers.
  • Comprehensive private medical & dental cover with Vitality.
  • Enhanced parental leave pay.
  • Learning & development culture – £1,000 personal annual budget.
  • We’re carbon-neutral and are working towards ambitious carbon reduction goals.
  • Lots of team socials & activities.
  • Annual team retreat.

We believe that people from diverse backgrounds, with different identities and experiences make our company and product better. No matter your background, we’d love to hear from you! And if you have a disability, please let us know if there’s any way we can make the interview process better for you - we’re happy to accommodate!

If you’re a recruiting agency - we have an existing list of agencies we work with if required and we are not currently planning on expanding the list. Neither the Talent team nor hiring managers or the Support team will respond to cold outreach.

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Interview Process:

  • Introductory Call – A short Teams conversation with a Talent Partner to discuss your background and the opportunity.
  • Hiring Manager Interview – A 30–45 minute Teams meeting to explore your experience and fit for the team.
  • Technical Task or Presentation – A role-relevant exercise to demonstrate your skills and approach.
  • Final On-site Interview – An in-person meeting with our senior leadership team and co-founders at our office.

We strive to make the process clear, efficient, and respectful of your time.
