If you\’re excited about building something special with us, we\’d love to hear from you.The Role The Partner Consultant leads the implementation of Xelix for customers delivered via our strategic partners, acting as both project manager and technical subject-matter expert. This role sits across a core area of Xelix\’s Professional Services team: Partner Implementations. You will ensure that partner customers are launched correctly on the platform, partners are enabled to deliver high-quality projects, and all stakeholders understand how to use and derive value from Xelix. Success requires excellent stakeholder management, a calm and structured approach to risk and change management, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. You will be confident running enterprise projects, advising partners, and ensuring delivery meets Xelix\’s standards. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine project leadership, technical depth, and partner enablement, while helping to shape a growing function in a scaling SaaS organisation. As Xelix grows, this role offers progression across Professional Services, Partner Services, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success. The day-to-day responsibilities are outlined below.What You 2ll Be Doing Implementation & Partner Delivery Implementation (Direct): Leading implementation projects for enterprise customersActing as the primary project manager and point of contact for technical requirementsManaging risks, dependencies and change controls across internal and external stakeholdersEnsuring technical prerequisites are met, including data file design, secure file transfer, and system configurationRunning customer-facing workshops and translating technical information clearlyPartner Implementations (Partner-Facing) Acting as the key point of contact for partner consultants during deliveryTraining and enabling partners on the Xelix platform, implementation methodology and best practicesReviewing and validating partner deliverables for quality, accuracy and customer readinessProviding escalation support for complex technical or delivery issuesEnsuring partner-led projects follow Xelix\’s implementation standards, governance and documentationWhat You ll Bring At least 8 years\’ work experience, with significant experience delivering enterprise SaaS implementationsDemonstrable project management capability, ideally with formal responsibility for customer deliveryStrong understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS), IT project delivery, and software security considerationsExcellent stakeholder and customer relationship management, particularly in enterprise environmentsCommercial awareness and the ability to balance customer requirements with scope, cost and riskExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWhat We Offer In Return Competitive salary of £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience + 10% bonus27 days of annual leave (including 3 days Christmas closing) which increases up to 3 days based on tenure, with the option to roll over, buy or sell up to 3 daysHybrid working with two days a week from our dog-friendly Hoxton officeOn-site gym and cycle to work schemeEmployee discount at over 100 retailersComprehensive private medical & dental cover with VitalityEnhanced parental leave payLearning & development culture – £1,000 personal annual budgetWe\’re carbon-neutral and are working towards ambitious carbon reduction goalsLots of team socials & activitiesAnnual team retreatWant to learn more?
