Xelix is seeking an Enterprise Account Management Team Lead to guide a growing team of Enterprise Account Managers. You’ll balance people leadership with hands-on account management, coaching your team to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive retention and expansion across strategic accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Services, Product and Marketing to optimize the customer journey, monitor KPIs, and implement scalable processes that reduce churn while growing revenue.
