Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients, exceeding their expectations.
- Prepare tax returns in accordance with standard procedures.
- Ensure agreed deliverables are within set timeframe, completing job within budget.
- Act as line manager for junior team members.
- Ensure self and team members adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.
- Represent Xeinadin to clients, ensuring day‑to‑day service delivers focus on innovation and the future.
- Deliver Xeinadin’s vision and values.
- Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
- Provide tax compliance services and advice to a mixed portfolio, including family companies and private individuals.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, managing statutory deadlines and other tax compliance matters.
- Review tax returns prepared by other members of the tax team.
- Provide tax planning and advisory work, handling ad‑hoc client queries.
- Experience with Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Capital Gains Tax; preferably experience with Inheritance Tax and VAT.
- Communicate effectively with clients from varying backgrounds, verbally, in writing, and in face‑to‑face or Teams meetings.
- Take on additional responsibilities and ad‑hoc tasks as required, including researching tax matters and drafting tax advice.
- Build strong personal and client relationships.
- Respond quickly and effectively to client requirements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date tax technical knowledge.
