Role: Tax Manager

Location: Lancaster

Xeinadin’s Lancaster office is looking for an experienced tax professional to oversee our tax team and manage a diverse client portfolio.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for the day-to-day reviewing the colleague’s work and offering guidance and support. You will also manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from high-net-worth individuals to entrepreneurs and professionals; offering clear, practical guidance on tax matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparation and submission of tax compliance for a diverse client base
  • Overseeing and reviewing colleague’s work, ensuring technical accuracy and quality
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to junior staff
  • Advise on a wide range of personal tax issues including capital gains tax, inheritance tax and residency
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering proactive advice and identifying advisory opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal tax legislation and HMRC requirements
  • Ensure deadlines are met and compliance is handled efficiently and effectively

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum ATT qualified ; CTA or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Solid background in personal tax work
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and reviewing
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
