As an ACA Apprentice at Xeinadin, you will embark on an exciting journey to gain hands-on experience while working towards an industry-recognised qualification in accountancy. This role provides exposure to key aspects of accountancy, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, year-end accounts, tax filings, and payroll management. You will work closely with experienced professionals, learning on the job, and developing your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within our audit department to provide accounting and audit services.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
- Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.
- Represent the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
- Preparing corporation tax returns.
- Preparing VAT returns.
- Preparing management accounts.
- Attending client premises.
Key Requirements
- Applicants must hold a minimum of a 2:1 degree and have achieved at least three grade Bs at A Level.
- While graduates from any discipline are welcome, candidates must be numerate and demonstrate strong motivation to undertake further study and qualify as a Chartered Accountant.

- Experience using Office 365, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the accountancy profession.
