Description

The role of the Portfolio Manager is to build and manage client relationships, oversee client portfolios, and deliver an outstanding service that enhances the firm’s reputation and client satisfaction.

This influential leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can inspire a high‑performing team, engage with stakeholders, and drive growth in revenue and profits while aligning with Xeinadin’s vision, mission, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a personal portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and the delivery of all actions, deadlines, and client discussions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients, directors, and staff.
  • Review team files to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and statutory regulations, identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Provide industry‑leading insights, advice, and solutions to enhance the firm’s reputation and expand the client base.
  • Drive efficiency and profitability by implementing best practices and leveraging technology.
  • Contribute to strategic and business planning, focusing on increasing revenue and profits.
  • Hold responsibility for managing client relationships, ensuring maximum value, quality, and compliance.
  • Complete a personal portfolio of client work, offering expert insights and advice to clients.

  • ACCA/ACA qualified
  • At least 3 years PQE working in a General Practice role
  • Demonstrable experience leading client relationships
  • Being IT savvy and comfortable upgrading and working with technology
