Ready to take the next step in your service charge career? As a Service Charge Senior, you’ll manage your own portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, delivering accurate and timely service charge accounts while providing exceptional client support. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and enhancing our property sector offering.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing year‑end service charge accounts (residential)
- Strong understanding of service charge legislation and leaseholder requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- High attention to detail and strong time‑management across multiple deadlines
- Confident using Excel and familiar with property management systems (e.g., Qube, MRI, Yardi)
